The first historic event in the biggest arena in Poland will feature a triple-header of main attractions with the most outstanding stars of Polish combat sports Mamed Khalidov (29-4-2, 11 KO, 17 Sub) and Michał Materla (20-4, 2 KO, 12 Sub) as well as the anticipated heavyweight showdown between Mariusz Pudzianowski (7-3, 2 KO, 2 Sub) and Paweł Nastula (5-5, 3 KO, 2 Sub).
In the remaining main card bouts the electrifying rematch will go down, as Piotr Strus (9-3-1, 4 KO) and Abu Azaitar (9-2-1, 6 KO, 1 Sub) meet for the second time in the KSW’s circular cage. Their first encounter at May’s KSW 27 ended in the majority draw, which did not satisfy neither the ambitious Pole, nor the confident Moroccan.
The KSW light heavyweight division, which lost its champion this year, will receive an intriguing international match-up. The two-time KSW veteran Goran Reljic (13-4, 5 KO, 5 Sub) is set to face the talented submission specialist Tomasz Narkun (9-1, 9 Sub) in a fight that may determine a future contender for the vacated title, as both have already won in their earlier KSW appearances this year.
The brightest prospect of Poland’s mixed martial arts, undefeated Mateusz Gamrot (7-0, 2 KO, 2 Sub) will kick off the star-studded show in the exciting lightweight clash against Kraków’s own Łukasz Chlewicki (12-3-1, 5 KO, 1 Sub). Additionally, the always fun to watch featherweight Artur Sowiński (14-7-1, 6 KO, 6 Sub) will battle a yet-to-be-announced opponent.
On the two-fight undercard, the Arrachion Olsztyn light heavyweight Karol Celiński (11-5-1, 3 KO, 6 Sub) faces the KSW newcomer Tomasz Kondraciuk (11-4, 6 KO, 4 Sub), while Robert Radomski (11-3, 1 KO, 5 Sub) and Mateusz Piskorz (9-2, 5 KO, 1 Sub) battle in the event’s opener in the welterweight division.
The event will be streamed worldwide in its entirety on www.kswtv.com.
